Confira Katy falando sobre ter filhos do The Ellen Show:

Tem uma parte da entrevista que Ellen diz "ele (Russel) é adorável" e Katy com um sorriso concorda mas logo diz "ele é meu". Ellen dá os parabéns pelo casamento dela e pergunta: "você quer ter uma família, vocês já conversaram sobre isso ?" Katy diz: "Sim, eu ia amar ter filhos, mas mesmo quando você está casada, e com quem você está casada e você pensa 'agora pode ser uma boa hora' mas eu não tenho certeza, sabe", Ellen diz: "Mas você gostaria...", Katy a interrompe dizendo "Se eu me machucar na primeira vez, ok, continuo tentando" Ellen: "Você vai se machucar" Katy: "tudo bem" depois de falarem sobre a piada de Katy, Ellen diz que "espero que você teja uma boa família, porque sei que vocês vão ser bons pais" Katy agradece e Ellen muda de assunto falando sobre um relógio especial e ela a surpreende com um relógio feito doces que tem uma foto de Russel como se fosse um "cuckoo". Katy se anima dizendo "perfeito, é um lindo presente".
